Creative Director / Business Founder 2010–2018 Project - Branding, Rebranding & Digital Marketing Overview - In 2011, I independently founded and managed the seventh Bikram Yoga studio in France, which later evolved into Hot Yoga Montpellier. Over nearly eight years, I oversaw all aspects of branding, marketing, design, and business development, creating and managing the studio's visual identity, digital presence, and customer communications while supporting the growth of a thriving community of over 3,000 students. Process - The original brand identity featured a lotus illustration incorporating an 'Om' symbol at its centre, with the petals and colours representing the seven chakra energy centres within the body. This concept extended to the website design, where each petal linked to a dedicated page. As the business evolved, the studio was rebranded as Hot Yoga Montpellier. The refreshed identity retained key elements of the original brand while introducing a cleaner, more contemporary design. A triangle motif was incorporated into the logo to represent a yoga asana, connection, and balance. The updated colour palette expanded the use of white and lime green to create a fresh, energetic, and modern visual language that reflected the studio's growth and evolving community.
